JOB REQUIREMENTS: Operate cranes to lift, move, load, and unloadmaterials, equipment, and other large objects - use shear to cutthink/large pieces of metal. Ability to sort material with equipment.Maintain radio communication with crew members while observing detailson the ground. Observe hand signals from other crew members. Perform andlog daily crane inspections. Monitor crane operations and identifymalfunctions. Report and/or perform/assist with routine and scheduledmaintenance on cranes as required. Inspect, adjust, and perform minorrepairs. Comply with Company and Client policies and procedures. Supporta zero-incident safety culture and assume personal accountability andresponsibility for safe work practices in all projects, activities, andoperations. Other duties as may be required. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCEAND QUALIFICATIONS: Heavy equipment operation experience. Experience inmetals industry a plus. Able to work in weather and temperatureenvironments. Experience in loading and unloading containers. Must beable to work in a team environment. Must be able to be flexible and workvaried hours including mornings, evenings, holidays, and/or weekends asneeded. Able to work in all weather conditions. Walk, sit, stand, climbladders and stairs.
