About the Team

　　The Enterprise Ad Sales Team is responsible for the marketing vision, development, and growth of our largest advertising partnerships. This team is rapidly growing, and is seeking additional team members to build an industry-leading ads and promotions business across DoorDash’s CPG offerings. The growing DoorDash ads business will quickly become the single best place for merchants and brands to market to local customers, in an ecosystem that benefits all parties.

　　About the Role

　　As an Industry Manager, CPG, you will lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives and build partnerships that create tangible value for both advertisers and DoorDash. In this role, you will manage the ads strategy across a portfolio of CPG enterprise businesses, and drive adoption of our growing ads and promotions offering. You will work cross-functionally with account management, marketing, analytics, and product, to innovate on our future approach and solutions. You will report into the Head of CPG Advertising Sales, in our Enterprise Sales & Business Development organization.

　　Lead and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives to consistently exceed business growth and product/feature adoption goals, grow advertiser value, and drive sustainable revenue for DoorDash

　　Establish trusted senior level customer relationships and deliver thought leadership both internally and externally in the CPG industry

　　Represent advertiser needs to influence our Ads & Promos product roadmap and go to market strategy

　　Develop sales materials and sales processes to enable future scale of the team and business

　　Develop annual and quarterly sales plans and analyses to achieve ambitious goals and and help customers meet their business and marketing objectives

　　You have minimum of 2+ years managing a sales team effectively and leading team performance management to meet and exceed goals. Overall Industry Experience 10+ years

　　You are a consultative seller with significant experience in digital media or adjacent performance oriented industries

　　You’re an expert in using data and insights to inform recommendations, rooted in advertiser objectives and business priorities

　　You have a firm understanding of digital technologies within the marketing/media mix, and are savvy with digital advertising measurements from attribution to funnel metrics

　　You have strong written/verbal communication and presentations skills, and experience operating across several levels of an organization

　　You diligently manage an Enterprise CPG portfolio of business and can hold both short and mid term impact

　　You hire and recruit top and diverse talent to drive outsized impact on the business and contribute to DoorDash’s culture

　　You have experience working directly with CPG advertisers or similar

　　The location-specific base salary range for this position is listed below. Compensation in other geographies may vary.

　　Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary is localized according to employee work location. Please discuss your intended work location with your recruiter for more information.

　　The estimated pay range for this position represents total on-target earnings (including base salary and on target incentive pay). In addition, the compensation package for this role also includes opportunities for equity grants.

　　$201,600 — $252,000 USD

　　California Pay Range:

　　$212,800 — $280,000 USD

　　New York Pay Range:

　　$224,000 — $280,000 USD

　　Washington Pay Range:

　　$212,800 — $266,000 USD
