  Salary Range: Up to $18.00 hourly + benefits

  The above represents the expected hourly pay range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we will consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.

  Responsibilities

  Collaborate with Operations to create and implement a talent acquisition strategy for identifying internal and external talent.

  Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives

  Complete phone interviews, schedule on-site interviews, process on-site interviews, track the hiring process, and assist with the development of new recruiting processes and tools

  Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, and using job sites.

  Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants and consistent set of qualifications.

  Manage and administer application process including screening, paperwork, relevant testing, reference checking, background/credit checks, company systems, and recordkeeping, in compliance with EEO standards and company expectations.

  Attract qualified candidates by posting fliers, networking through the community, and attending job fairs.

  Maintain concentration and focus in order to meet performance goals

  React positively to an ongoing, changing environment

  Demonstrate the ability to handle pressure when attempting to meet deadlines and performance goals

  Maintain good working relationship with assigned supervisors and coworkers

  Perform additional duties as required by management

  Qualifications

  Education:

  Must have a High School Diploma/GED

  Experience:

  Minimum of 2 years experience in related recruiting experience

  Computer Skills:

  Employees must be able to type quickly and accurately, use a mouse effectively, and be proficient in Microsoft Office.

  Skills/Abilities:

  Knowledge of candidate selection method

  Deep understanding of recruitment processes

  Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software and candidate database is a plus.

  Previous experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods

  Effective communication skills

  Integrity and confidentiality

  Must be a self-starter

  Ability to work with others

  Manage time effectively

  Solve problems or issues that may come up

  Concentrate and focus for extended periods of time

  Cope with high-stress and changing environment

  Adhere to policies and procedures

  Adhere to work schedule and meet deadlines
