  DESCRIPTION OF WORK

  As a County Social Services Aide 1/ Decision Support Center Peer Specialist , your role will involve guiding and supporting consumers in creating and formulating goals, as well as crafting a treatment plan for their psychiatry appointment. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in educating and helping consumers access recovery resources that align with their individual service plan.

  Work Schedule and Additional Information:

  This is a part time position, various shifts, and various start and end times

  Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

  REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

  QUALIFICATIONS

  Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

  Graduation from high school ; or

  Any equivalent combination of training and experience.

  Assist clients/residents and their families with activities of daily living (such as family budgeting, marketing, housekeeping standards, personal health and hygiene, nutrition, food preparation and storage, care of clothing and use of resources), direct clients/residents in areas of childcare, and supervise interactions between children and parents per the caseworker.
