  You will have responsibility for running all Sales, Service and administration operations within the country. Having responsibility for people leadership, skills development, customer relationships and profitability. Your goal will be to achieve and exceed annual sales & service targets. To sustainably grow the companies revenues and profitability year on year, remaining focused on margin return, costs/overheads and operating income .

  Responsibilities:

  Coach and engage employees, focusing on retaining the best talent through effective communication, development and successful onboard of new employees.

  Undertake team management activities including measuring and evaluating individual performance against clearly defined accountable competencies, responsibilities and objectives.

  Have responsibility for a personal sales region and hitting annual sales targets, undertaking direct sales into the area.

  Partner with key customers and industry influencers such as major retailers, to ensure long lasting relationships, satisfaction with the Loma brand and gain a deep understanding of their needs and objectives.

  Proactively and effectively work with other LOMA functions to ensure professional and seamless customer experience.

  Execute the company strategic plan and develop a country specific business plan to expand the customer base, using 80/20 guidelines and principals.

  Ensure Sales and Service are working in unison to support our customers. Delivering service excellence and a trusted advisor approach.

  Ensure day to day office and facility management aspects required for running a business are taken care of and that the company meets its legal obligations within the country.

  In addition to the duties listed above, the position holder must carry out tasks assigned by their line manager that are essentially related to their duties.

  Requirements:

  High Drive, with a growth mindset is a must. You should have a track record of exceeding targets.

  Substantial experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry or with relevant market exposure.

  Ability to understand company sales tools including design guides for Metal Detectors, Checkweighers and X-Ray equipment and the associated technical applications.

  Ability to engage, lead and galvanise a sales and service team. You should have experience managing and delivering through others.

  In-depth knowledge of the industry and market dynamics.

  Excellent at building relationships both internally and externally with clients and industry influencers.

  Ability to work well under pressure and have resilience to deal with set-backs.
