Adecco is partnered with a premier provider of adolescent healthcare services to help them recruit and hire skilled Counselors and Therapists in Elizabethtown, KY.

　　Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

　　Providing direct provision of care and supervision to clients according to agency policies and procedures, licensing and accreditation requirements.

　　Creating a therapeutic environment to provide appropriate care to our clients.

　　Functioning as a part of the treatment team and helping implement the client's treatment plan.

　　Exhibiting professionalism and positive role modeling for clients, peers and outside groups/visitors.

　　Promoting health care protocols to included medication administration and other medical tasks as designated by the program nurse.

　　Ensuring that the client's needs for clothing, nutrition, hygiene, rest and recreation are met on a daily basis.

　　Identifying potential risk factors (in a program environment) and takes measures to reduce those risks.

　　Creating a safe, secure and sanitary environment.

　　Maintaining confidentiality of client's protected health information and complying with the HIPAA privacy rule.

　　Qualifications:

　　Education: Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Services or other related discipline is required.

　　Masters level Counselors and Therapists with pre-licensure or full licensure are strongly sought.
