Ensure flawless execution of the Distribution cost calculation for all the markets we serve at the LATAM Costing CoC (PEC, OPL, DF and additional requirements)

Support the group of specialists to ensure they can acquire the necessary technical knowledge for the execution of the Distribution process by providing them with basic training and issue solving support in their markets.

Enable proactive collaboration with specialist to support people development and a continuous improvement culture by influencing them with integrity and getting results through them.

Full knowledge of the Distribution Cost and communication abilities to maintain contact with Cost Management to deliver the initiatives in AMS markets, follow the guidelines and review the impacts in our Markets

Activities

1.- Supervise and coordinate the team in his stream in order to deliver flawless execution of the Distribution cost calculation.

2.- Responsible for compliance of CSD Guidelines and Costing Standards within own area of responsibilities/department.

3.- Lead and/or participate in Ad Hoc projects and iMplementantions as the costing functional expert.
