　　The Cost Analyst will provide support to PH and Lenexa MRO on costing analysis.

　　The following are his / her responsibilities:

　　Prepare daily Flash reports on Sales and Backlog for both PH and Lenexa

　　Process credit and rebill and provide monthly status report.

　　Responsible for reviewing production variances prior closing of work orders.

　　Responsible for reviewing SRR and Purchase price variances and discuss this with operations.

　　Provide weekly margin analysis and highlight issues if any.

　　Provide analysis on warranty and re-charge to OE if any.

　　Prepare cycle count report weekly and highlight variances if any.

　　Conduct walk-the-dock in the shop floor during month end.

　　Support month end closing and provide schedules for supplemental.

　　Collaborate with leaders and to our sister sites on costing issues and help resolve this.

　　Prepare BS schedules and provide flux analysis.

　　Other reporting duties as needed.

　　Adheres to and participate in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendation to ensure the safety and well being of self and others.

　　Qualifications:

　　Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or any Finance related course

　　Minimum of 3-5 years cost experience

　　Experience working in a manufacturing set up
