　　What Will You Do?

　　Essential Responsibilities:

　　Prepare monthly inventory journal entries with appropriate support.

　　Assist in review P&L accounts to ensure spend is properly classified.

　　Complete reconciliations of assigned balance sheet accounts, ensure accounts are supported by the appropriate source support.

　　Perform cost validation and cost rolls on components and manufactured items.

　　Perform weekly PPV analysis and make necessary cost adjustments.

　　Complete and send out weekly inventory adjustment review.

　　Provide general support to the finance team and perform other duties as assigned.

　　General Responsibilities:

　　Set goals and objectives with Plant Controller.

　　Complete established goals within set deadlines.

　　Provide timely status updates to the team on tasks, projects, etc.

　　Help identify ways to improve quality and productivity.

　　Back-up other team members when required.

　　Qualifications

　　Required Skills

　　Significant progress toward an undergraduate degree in accounting or finance.

　　Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.

　　Organized, deadline driven, and detail oriented.

　　Strong written and verbal communication skills.

　　Familiarity with Microsoft office products.

　　Ability to work in a team environment.

　　Ability to manage, prioritize and balance multiple tasks.

　　High level of self-initiative and dependability.

　　Must be professional in appearance and attitude and possess the ability to work in a professional manner with customers, vendors, and employees as all levels.
