  In this role you'll provide training and organizational development consultation and services to leaders and employees, primarily in the areas of organizational needs assessment and evaluation, curriculum and meeting design, leadership development and employee development, team development, transition management, group conflict resolution, and recognition programs.

  Develop and facilitate data-based team learning activities. Conduct appropriate assessments, analyze data, and create and implement customized interventions. Incorporate diverse, creative learning techniques to improve internal customer satisfaction and organizational outcomes. Consult with management and staff regarding team development needs and potential solutions. Provide transition/change management consultation to managers. Design and facilitate effective group-based learning and transition activities.

  Assess learning needs, establish objectives, design and deliver training programs (live, virtual, and/or e-learning) and material that reflect adult learning principles, and evaluate the results in terms of reaction, learning, behavioral improvement and organizational improvement (based on the objectives). Consult and partner with leaders and employees in the area of training and development.

  Coordinate the organizational awards and recognition program (STAR). Facilitate committee meetings, ensure action item follow-up, work with award vendors as needed, communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

  Provide executive coaching services for managers as assigned/requested and design related development plans.

  About You

  Minimum Qualifications:

  Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Adult Education, Staff Development, Human Resources, or related field.

  Experience in organizational development, adult education, staff development, or human resource management.

  Preferred Qualifications:

  Experience in organizational change and organizational development interventions.

  Certified - or willing and able to become certified within 12 months of hire – by Franklin Covey, Crucial Learning, Korn Ferry Alliance, and/or Myers-Briggs.

  About Everything Else

  Starting Pay Range: $75,000.00 - $82,534.40/year, based on your experience

  Position Salary Range (future earning potential): $61,131.20 - $103,937.60/year
