Position Title: Corporate Trainer
Department: Human Resources
FLSA Status: Exempt
Location: Buffalo Grove, IL
Reports to: Sr. Director of Human Resources
Position Purpose:
The primary purpose of this position is to develop and conductinformative training sessions, promote company efficiency, and enhanceemployee skills and knowledge. Ensure training courses align with theorganizations culture and strategic goals.

Position Responsibilities:
Partner with management to analyze, identify and execute training needsand objectives in support of organizational goals and group and/orindividual training needs.
Develop, coordinate, and deliver new employee orientation, onboarding,and assist managers with job specific training as needed.
Plan and implement an effective training curriculum.
Evaluate and assist in designing training manuals and related materials,training classes, procedures as well as electronic resources such asforms and employee Intranet resources.
Prepare training materials such as module summaries, videos, andpresentations as necessary.
Maintain rosters of training progress, history, exams as well ascertification records. Additionally work with appropriate department(s)and track what is needed for certifications from a company perspective.
Keep employees current with innovative approaches and best practices.
Cultivate a culture of ongoing learning and development within theorganization, thereby boosting performance and productivity.
Evaluate the effectiveness of the training and make necessaryadjustments for future improvement.

Position Requirements:
Bachelors degree.
At least 5 years of proven experience in an organizational developmentor training position.
Impressive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Solid knowledge of the latest corporate training techniques.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word andExcel).
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with vendors, customers,employees and the general public.
