Description

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Paralegal to join Brickell office of national law firm. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with the firm's high-net worth clients on international and domestic corporate and trust and estate planning matters. Position provides full benefits, 401k, bonus and more.

•Organize business entities of all types (corporations, limited liability companies limited partnerships, etc)

•Prepare and file corporate documentation including but not limited to certificates of formation, articles of incorporation, bylaws, operating agreements, corporate resolutions, written actions, and deeds of donations

•Assist with different types of legal matters and transactions by drafting, reviewing, editing, and submitting contracts, and resolutions

•Perform preliminary legal research, as well as some basic analysis and interpretation of US Federal and state laws and regulations

•Manage workflow and project deadlines while working directly with partners, associates, clients and bankers

•Assist with internal due diligence, internal compliance policies, client onboarding questionnaires, and forms

Requirements

• 3+ years of corporate paralegal experience

• Proficient in handling corporate entities

• Excellent research skills with a strong attention to detail

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks or projects effectively

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate or Associate's Degree
