EarnUp is looking for a Corporate Development Project Manager who will report directly to EarnUp’s President & Co-founder. This position will work closely with the Company President, CEO, and executive team to oversee the execution of fundraising, partnerships, business development initiatives.
Capital Raising and M&A Activity:
Assist in strategic planning for capital raise, goal setting, and project management. Project manage capital raise activities, including the development of marketing and diligence materials, CRM management, and support in investment negotiations and documentation. Coordinate with external capital raising resources such as investment bankers, lawyers, and marketing consultants. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) critical for the next round of funding and ensure their integration into our annual/quarterly planning processes. Conduct research, data entry, and market analysis to support fundraising efforts
Strategic Partnerships:
Contribute to the development of a strategic partnership plan and associated KPIs related to the partnership strategy Assist in the sourcing, evaluation, and execution of select long-term strategic partnerships, leveraging relevant components of the broader company. Investor Relations:
Support research and preparation of Board documents for quarterly meetings, follow-ups, and ad hoc updates on critical events. Assist in the preparation of investor newsletters. What we are looking for
1+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, business development, corporate development, or a related field. Strong detail orientation and proven track record of project managing complex multi-pronged efforts in a fast-moving environment. Strategic and analytical thinker with a passion for technology and/or finance. Experience at a leading investment bank, management consulting firm, and/or fast-moving startup is a bonus.
