This attorney will:*Work closely with the company's business and support teams to ensure we comply with federal and state product regulations and licensing requirements, privacy laws and T-Mobile's internal cybersecurity policies in connection with business and government transactions and T-Mobile's supply chain.*Help build a compliance program for review of sales and supply contracts to further T-Mobile's rapidly growing enterprise and government presence.*Ensure T-Mobile's suppliers properly plan for and deliver products and services that protect our customers' data.*Analyze a wide variety of federal laws and regulations to provide practical, usable, and business-focused legal advice; and*Analyze and support internal policies and processes to ensure ongoing compliance.What you'll do in your role.The Corporate Counsel position will have day-to-day responsibilities for providing legal guidance on Regulatory Product, Privacy and Cybersecurity issues for our Procurement, Enterprise/Government and Product Development Teams, including:Providing practical legal guidance to ensure our supply chain, products and sales contracts comply with applicable regulatory, privacy and cybersecurity laws and industry practices.Partnering with business teams to design and implement company-wide licensing, privacy and cybersecurity policies and controls.Leading sophisticated, fast paced projects and being proactive in delivering actionable guidance and driving creative, business-focused solutions.Evaluating and advising on risks related to privacy regulations, cybersecurity policies and product development.Training members of the Legal Department, business units and other support teams on federal and state privacy requirements, cybersecurity policies and internal procedures.Monitoring changes to federal, state, and international privacy laws and crafting internal processes to meet evolving compliance obligations.Coordinating with T-Mobile's Government Affairs Team on proposed changes or modifications of privacy laws and regulations.
