　　Join us as a Director and Senior Corporate Counsel or Corporate Counsel (depending on experience)

　　This role will provide legal support to the LexisNexis Risk Solutions business, a global provider of data and analytics products and services. Specifically, this legal role will directly support the LexisNexis Risk Solutions business teams located in France and throughout EMEA. The position will report to the Legal–EMEA Senior Corporate Counsel and will collaborate with an experienced global legal team, with teams located in North America, LATAM, APAC and EMEA.

　　The position requires independently advising the business on matters requiring developed legal and counseling skills in multiple areas of expertise, specifically including the areas of commercial contract negotiation, corporate law, legal analysis and drafting, product review, GDPR guidance and other regulatory and compliance areas.

　　Qualifications and Skills

　　Qualified lawyer in France

　　Strong technical legal and drafting skills

　　3-5 years of post-qualification experience in a law firm and/or as in-house counsel, preferably with exposure to international, multi-jurisdictional matters.

　　Comfortable in supporting business teams remotely located in various locations

　　Fluency in French and English

　　Effective negotiator, with significant, direct client/customer negotiation experience

　　Experience in handling and advising on regulatory matters, particularly GDPR and privacy law and policy; corporate secretarial, competition law and financial services are a plus

　　Experience in working across Europe and/or data analytics industry is a plus
