Reporting to our manager of campaign and experiences, this role will be instrumental in crafting Splunk's narrative and improving our brand presence. The copywriter will play a pivotal role in engaging with our audience through events, campaigns, and our digital platform, Splunk.com. We're seeking a creative wordsmith who can craft compelling copy and captivating headlines for various marketing channels, including banner ads, social media, email campaigns, and landing pages. 　　Develop creative copy and eye-catching headlines for events, campaigns, social media, email campaigns, and landing pages. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and create impactful copy that resonates with our audiences and drives engagement and conversions. Craft event messaging for environmental and promotional materials that captures attention and effectively communicates Splunk's value proposition. Elevate the user experience on Splunk.com by crafting clear, concise, and persuasive copy for various website sections. Collaborate with web developers and designers to ensure the website content is engaging, informative, and aligned with brand messaging. Uphold and reinforce Splunk's brand voice and messaging strategy in all written materials. Requirements

　　The ideal candidate has:

　　Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Minimum 5-7 years as copywriter in a corporate or agency setting, with a focus on digital marketing and online platforms. Exceptional creativity and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear and engaging copy. Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising. Experience with crafting copy for various digital channels, including social media, email marketing, and website content. Excellent communication skills and outstanding attention to detail. The ability to work as a member of a team and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. A portfolio of work examples that showcases relevant experience.

　　Costa Rica

　　Base Pay: CRC 27,200,000.00 - 37,400,000.00 per year

　　Splunk provides flexibility and choice in the working arrangement for most roles, including remote and/or in-office roles. We have a market-based pay structure which varies by location. Please note that the base pay range is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer, the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location as set out above, as well as the knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for incentive compensation and may be eligible for equity or long-term cash awards.
