JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Summary We are currently seeking an entry levelMachine Operator! Upon completion of the training period, machine operators areeligible to move up to the next level and receive a pay increase!Essential responsibilities of the entry level machine operator are:Safety * Under direct supervision, learns to safely operate machinesand equipment * Developing safe behaviors * Wears PPE as required *Quality * Under direct supervision, Performs quality checks of allproducts as outlined in departmental quality control on inspectionprocedures and be able to recognize product outside the specifiedtolerance * Under direct supervision, Responsible for completing devicehistory record (DHR), label verification, and daily checklist paperwork* Completes required training on time * Continuous Improvement *Completes required training on time * Willingness to identifycontinuous improvement opportunities * Production * Under directsupervision, develop the capability to safely perform the followingoperator duties on one work center: * Load a parent roll on unwinds *Webbing machine * Make tension adjustments * Shimming and adjustingcutting equipment * Set-ups * Complete changeovers * Properly packproducts off the line * Perform operator preventative maintenance tasks* Perform other job duties as required About TIDI Products TIDIProducts is a global manufacturer of medical devices.
