　　This job was posted by https://illinoisjoblink.illinois.gov : For moreinformation, please see:https://illinoisjoblink.illinois.gov/jobs/11604874 Reporting to theDirector of Student Life, the Coordinator for Student Life (Coordinator)is a full-time professional staff member responsible for manyadministrative operations supporting the Office of Student Life (OSL).Many of the responsibilities include establishing and managing theprocurement and reimbursement process, polices, Student Activity Fund(SAF) allocations, event planning and management, as well as providingtraining for student organization leaders. In addition, the Coordinatoroversees student employees who work in on campus spaces dedicated tostudent organization activity (i.e. Elevate Underground Lab and thelike). The Coordinator also works collaboratively with the Illinois Techcommunity to execute large-scale events for students (i.e. Convocation,residential move-in, Welcome Week events, Homecoming, etc). TheCoordinator also serves as the Finance Board primary staff advisor.
