During visits, as a recruiting staff, we will coordinate anywhere from 2 to 48 hours of time for every potential student-athlete who is on campus. Every moment of the prospect's time at the University of Minnesota will be built into an itinerary to provide the most efficient campus visit possible. Schedules assistant coaches with recruiting travel (50%) Plan and work with schools across the country to optimize our coach's time on the road in recruiting. Cultivate & maintain relationships with high schools in the State of Minnesota & key schools around the country. Help liaison with academic counseling to ensure academic progress of student-athlete's. Administrative (10%) Oversee compliance of the recruiting operation in the football program. Organize recruiting information for football staff. Track down all personal data including GPA, test scores, address, parent's names, etc. Monitor the athlete evaluations completed by the football staff. Formulate a communication plan with the potential student-athletes. Assist in the advancing the department's mission, vision, and strategic plan including its commitment to equity and diversity. Salary range for this position is $45,000-$50,000.
