JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Summary: The Dean of Students Office atUW-Platteville seeks a Coordinator for Student Case Management. Thisposition supports the mission and goals of the Dean of Students Office,the division of Administration and Finance, the University ofWisconsin-Platteville, and the Universities of Wisconsin. Reporting tothe Dean of Students, the Case Manager is focused on the personal andacademic success of students. Support is provided to and for studentsexperiencing varying levels of concern including, but not limited to:crises and emergencies, academic challenges, behavioral and physicalhealth concerns, financial concerns, and personal and family issues. TheCase Manager works collaboratively with students, faculty, staff, andparents to identify and respond to concerns, interpret policies andprocedures, make appropriate referrals, and discuss options andconsequences of various decisions. As the primary case manager for allstudents of concern cases, this position specializes in providingcritical outreach and follow-up with students of concern or those whoare experiencing a crisis and serves as a member of the BehavioralReview and Recommendation Team. The position prepares annual reports andsummaries based on documented data. This is a full-time,and eligibleposition. Wage is \$50,000 per year.
