　　Job Summary and Qualifications

　　Shift: 7pm-7am with rotating weekends. modified self-scheduling.

　　The Nursing Operation Specialist is responsible for ensuring effective utilization of staffing resources by evaluating staffing needs of the nursing units, and making staffing adjustments. Additionally, they oversee patient registration and change of location throughout the hospital. Working closely with hospitalist and the transfer center, the Nursing Operations Specialist assign patients to providers, when coming from the Emergency Department.

　　What qualifications you will need:

　　Preferred Experience: Previous experience in a hospital setting

　　Required Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent

　　Preferred Education: Associate's Degree
