Scope:
Responsible for the implementation and management of CAM operations. The Coordinated Entry (CE) Manager oversees an in-person access site(s) in Detroit and ensures supervision, administration, and oversight of CAM staff. Responsible for management of all program elements, including thorough household assessment, shelter tracking and placement, and accurate data reporting to ensure efficient service delivery.
Essential Functions
Supervise and provide daily support to CAM Coordinator and Specialist staffResponsible for staff training, performance tracking, and annual evaluations; including regular supervision and feedback meetingsManage, coordinate and administer all aspects of the assigned intake site including but not limited to file management and fund request processingPerform all required activities related to data entry and reporting in software and data bases which may include but not be limited to the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS)Establish and maintain internal policies and procedures, as well as an internal tracking system to ensure accurate and timely data collection and required documentationOversight of timely and accurate submission of Michigan State Housing Development Authority's (MSHDA) Online Waiting List Pre-Application database for Housing Choice Vouchers (HCV), ongoing recertifications, and other applicable application opportunitiesAssist agency leadership in coordinating partnerships within the Detroit CoC CES, including shelter providers, RRH providers, transitional shelters, and PSH providers Work collaboratively with stakeholders and partners to ensure community members are aware of CAM implementation and processesMaintain a positive attitude towards assigned work, clients, and staff, and a willingness to work with othersPerform work in a professional manner that upholds Wayne Metro's policies and procedures
