Cook Lead/Supervisor - Nutritional ServicesSpringville, NYFull Time Days. 7.5 hour shift within 5:30am - 7:00pmAs key member of our team you will:Ensure all resident and patient meals are prepared to acceptable quality under safe add sanitary conditions. Plan cooking schedule, and prepare all food products for three daily meals including entrees, side dishes, garnishments, baked goods and desserts; for special functions, for meals-on-wheels and for cafeteria service Monitor equipment, cooking schedule, temperatures, coolers, food rotations. · Troubleshoot production concerns daily· Train associates; plan and direct work assignments, monitor staff productionLead and assist in the assembly and transport of meal trays for patients and residents Requires:HS diploma or GED Three (3) years of institutional cooking experience Supervisory experience preferred Completion of Serve Safe Certification within specified time frame to further their food safety knowledge.
