　　The Cook Apprentice will accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods to include breakfast, lunch, dinner and any special or catered events. The Cook Apprentice will participate in a 6-week training program while working. At the successful completion of the training program, the Cook Apprentice will be eligible to apply for a Cook I position.
