Actalent is seeking a Controls Engineer

　　Description:

　　Looking for a Controls Engineer to support projects ranging from small studies to multi-million dollar turn-key supply. A successful candidate must be team-oriented, organized, able to communicate to all levels of the organization, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

　　This role will be PLC Programming (Allen Bradley Studio 5000) & Office/Documentation type of work.

　　We are seeking someone that has project experience.

　　Developing control system software designs that include control of temperature, pressure, humidity, flow, force, motion of mechanisms, system safety, human safety, and other advanced process and electromechanical systems

　　Developing control system software in PLC ladder logic, function block, HMI programming, etc.

　　Providing on-site team direction of facility startup, checkout, and commissioning activities, both domestically and abroad

　　Communicating with clients and management regarding project status

　　Skills:

　　Equipment Specification, Project Management, siemens plc, Rockwell, PLC Programming, Technical Specification Writing, Motion Control, Siemens Control, Allen Bradley Control Logix, RS Logix, Safety PLC, I&C, Factory Talk, Servomotor

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　A Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Mechatronics, or Computer Engineering from an ABET accredited engineering program with one (1+) years of engineering experience is required

　　3-5 years of experience in control or data acquisition system design, implementation, or commissioning.

　　Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs.

　　An interest and background in electronics, instrumentation, control and data acquisition systems, PLCs, variable frequency drive systems, motion control systems, sensors and transmitters, actuators, PID control, and communication networks.

　　Ok with less than 20% travel.
