Description:

　　This role will be in support of the entire factory. Will work with Fanuc robots, a few ABB robots, Glasstech furnaces, Casso Solar ovens, presses, Bando cutting lines, conveyors, Cognex vision systems, some homemade vision systems, and different kinds of inspection systems from 3rd party devs.

　　Allen Bradley as a current standard for control systems, but also have some older TI processors in the facility that they're working towards phasing out as opportunity allows.

　　Will be responsible for designing and overseeing the build of control panels required for projects. Responsible for creating control programs. Responsible for integration and commissioning in house

　　Thsi job will be 25% design, 25% project engineering and 50% programming.

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　Bachelors is not required in lieu of relevant experience

　　Must have experience programming and designing automated equipment

　　Experience working with industrial control systems

　　Allen Bradley PLC’s: PLC-5 and RSLogix 5000/Studio 5000

　　Allen Bradley motion control: Kinetix and Powerflex AC drives

　　FactoryTalk View

　　Proficient reading and creating electrical drawings

　　Proficient using AutoCAD or an equivalent drafting software package

　　Ability to work in compliance with all safety local rules and regulations to provide and support a safe working environment
