About Controls Engineer

　　(Detroit, MI) Responsible for upkeep and improvement of all automation production equipment. Work towards continuous improvement of processes, with input from Manufacturing Engineers, Operators, and Management.

　　Assist with Machine Breakdowns when maintenance cannot fix in timely manner.Develop and Upgrade Vision System to World Class Standards.Provide tools for useful data flow for manufacturing purposes, includes Machine data/Automated Text messages/Reporting Services/ETC.Utilize Allen Bradley knowledge to program and update PLCs (Programming Logic Control).Program and update HMI (Human Machine Interface).Trouble-shoot and reset robots and cobots.Make programming changes in the event of design changes to robots/cobots.Utilize experience with electrical design, understanding and reading prints, working with OEM's to ensure quality design standards.
