　　Job Description

　　This position will lead the finance function inArgentina & Chilefor IFF as it is a part of the Global Accounting & Control organization, and the position responsibilities include:

　　Manage and lead the Accounting and Controlling function for all legal entities in Argentina & Chile, including the implementation of consistent and effective business processes that enhance IFF and the Share Service Centers

　　Provide primary coordination for activities and alignment between Finance, Accounting and Controllership, Tax, Treasury, SSC, AP, AR and other areas.

　　Provide financial support to the Business Finance and OPS Finance through advice and timely accurate reporting,

　　Lead and manage all aspects associated with Accounting, Auditing and Controllership management compliance with related policies and procedures.

　　Ensure timely compliance with statutory and tax requirements as well as corporate policies and procedures.

　　Lead the Balance Sheet and P&L reviews for all legal entities in Argentina & Chile been owner of all processes, responding for variances and mitigating risks when they are identified.

　　Maintain an appropriate internal control environment and Lead the SOX controls ensuring that everything is working according to policies and procedures.

　　Team development prepare a succession plan.

　　Scope

　　Management of general accounting processes including historical financial reporting

　　Manage the internal control environment including SOX compliance as well as point of contact for internal and external audits.

　　Coordinate with Tax Team the fiscal and taxes audits.

　　Manage local treasury including bank relationships in accordance with global policies and guidelines.

　　Provide support for general legal, administrative, and statutory requirements.

　　Manage auditing with PWC and legal requirements in Argentina and Chile and other obligations introduced by the local Government

　　Key Responsibilities

　　General accounting processes including indirect management of Share Service Centers

　　Fiscal and tax management and compliance, including Fiscal Books, e-accounting, tax requirements and tax audits.

　　Job Requirements

　　7-10 years’ experience leading finance functions; working knowledge of U.S.

　　Over 10 years’ experience handling Accounting in Argentina and Chile

　　Accountant certification

　　Strong knowledge of Argentina & Chile fiscal books and tax reporting requirements including local regulations

　　Experience handling SOX requirements.

　　Experience in working with SAP and/or another ERP system.

　　Familiarity with a shared service environment is a plus.

　　Fluent English

　　A post-graduate degree is a plus.
