　　Growing Professional Services Company located in the North Andover area due to growth needs a Controller. This Company has been in business for 30+ years, has an excellent reputation, great working environment and leaders in their industry. This will be # 1 Finance person handling all Financial and Operational matters including financial reporting, IT support, payroll and light HR functions reporting into the management team. Responsibilities include: oversee and direct all accounting functions, monthly and quarterly financial reporting, manage budget and planning process, cash flow management, supervise financial audits, will select and implement a new ERP system, drive process improvement initiatives and will act as a Finance Business Partner supporting all Operational Issues. BS Degree in Accounting is required with 5+ years of experience in managing an accounting function of a Professional Services firm is required. QuickBooks and advanced Excel skills desired. 　　Requirements

　　BS Degree required.

　　10+ years of related experience with 5+ managing the Accounting function.

　　Professional Services Industry experience is a requirement.

　　Must be comfortable working in a smaller company setting wearing many hats.

　　QuickBooks and Advanced Excel.
