As a part of the InfoSync team, you will be working closely with staffacross all departments to deliver excellent customer service to multipleclients across diverse brands. Under the direct supervision of the Sr.Controller/Director the Controller II is responsible for clientrelationships, managing and assisting with the monthly close process forspecific client, accounts reconciliations, supervising direct reports onF&A Clients Team and assisting with other activities.
Requirements:
1) Bachelor\'s degree and 4 years of related experience
2) Experience with creating and using financial statements, workingknowledge of balance sheet and P&L Statement.
3) Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables andlookup functions.
4) Ability to multi-task and prioritize assigned project to meetdeadlines
5) Ability to communicate effectively with clients, customers, andvendors
6) Self-motivated; ability to take on assigned tasks with minimal
7) Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable speakingwith 3rd parties and client personnel
8) Strong managerial skills
Preferred
1) Bachelors degree in accounting
2) CPA
3) Public accounting experience
Responsibilities:
1) Client Relationship
a. Primary contact for day to day activity, questions.
b. Lead weekly client calls with client and controller if applicable.
c. Respond to client requests.
d. Problem Solve daily issues as they arise.
e. Build and maintain strong working relationships with clientcontacts.
2) Oversee Monthly close process:
a. Ensure close procedures per period close checklist are completedtimely and accurately.
b. Complete Accountant/Controller responsibilities as needed.
c. Issue/send preliminary financial statements to client as requestedor required.
d. Receive/send and respond to preliminary P&L questions from client.
e. Review final financial statements to client. (via Rightview web,email, and/or hardcopy).
f. Prepare/review and issue other reports for client.
3) Account Reconciliations:
a. Review all balance sheet accounts on a monthly or quarterly basis.
b. Lead in balance sheet reviews with Controller/Client and resolve anyissues.
4) Other Activities:
a. Review fixed asset system, updating for new assets and any otherchanges. Verify fixed asset subledger to GL and review for properdepreciation methods.
b. Prepare/review audit schedules and in additional audit request.
c. Coordinate Financial Statement setup/maintenance.
5) Supervise direct reports on F&A Client Team:
a. Ensure direct reports are properly trained.
b. Ensure all client deadlines are being met.
c. Complete annual reviews and provide feedback as required.
d. Review processes to verify maximum efficiencies.
