Description

　　Sue Sumrell is recruiting for an experienced Controller for a family office with multiple entities. This is an onsite position and requires a local candidate!

　　The Controller will be responsible for full cycle accounting for multiple entities.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Analyzing financial risk and efficiency.

　　Preparing monthly reports and forecasts.

　　Overseeing accounts payable/receivable and ensuring timely debt payments.

　　Conducting regular bank reconciliations.

　　Maintaining an organized accounting filing system and chart of accounts.

　　Assisting in annual corporate budgets preparation.

　　Completing other special projects as required.

　　As this is a small office,m the Controller must be highly organized and experienced with providing full financial information to the external CPA firm for a review and tax preparation.

　　Requirements

　　Qualifications:

　　Bachelor’s degree in accounting/business administration or CPA.

　　5+ years of experience in full cycle accounting including payroll,

　　Expertise in Excel, QuickBooks Enterprise

　　Strong time management skills with ability to meet deadlines.

　　Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.

　　Good communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive inquiries.
