Description

　　Robert Half is assisting an established but growing Las Vegas based company in their search for a Controller. Responsibilities of the role include:

　　Oversee and manage the day-to-day accounting and financial activities of the organization.

　　Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.

　　Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

　　Lead the accounting team in executing month-end and year-end close processes.

　　Collaborate with department heads to analyze financial performance and provide strategic insights.

　　Manage cash flow, forecasting, and budgeting processes to support business operations.

　　Conduct regular financial analysis and present key insights to executive leadership.

　　Coordinate and liaise with external auditors and other stakeholders as needed.

　　Stay informed about changes in accounting regulations and standards, and ensure compliance.

　　Assess and improve financial processes and systems for efficiency and accuracy.

　　Participate in strategic planning and decision-making activities with senior management.

　　Requirements

　　Qualifications include:

　　Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA designation preferred.

　　Proven experience as a Controller or in a similar financial management role.

　　In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices.

　　Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

　　Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

　　Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

　　Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
