　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Job Scheduling:

　　Utilize Control-M to schedule, monitor, and manage batch jobs in accordance with business requirements.

　　Collaborate with application owners, developers, and system administrators to define job schedules and dependencies.

　　Monitoring and Troubleshooting:

　　Proactively monitor job execution, identifying and resolving issues promptly to ensure job completion within specified SLAs.

　　Investigate and troubleshoot job failures, taking corrective actions and documenting resolutions.

　　Optimization:

　　Continuously assess and optimize job schedules to improve system performance and resource utilization.

　　Implement best practices for job scheduling to enhance overall efficiency.

　　Documentation:

　　Maintain comprehensive documentation of job schedules, dependencies, and any changes made to the scheduling environment.

　　Create and update operational procedures related to Control-M job scheduling.

　　Collaboration:

　　Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and infrastructure teams, to understand job requirements and ensure seamless integration with scheduling processes.Automation:

　　Explore opportunities for automation within the Control-M environment to streamline repetitive tasks and enhance overall efficiency.Compliance:

　　Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements related to job scheduling activities.Training and Support:

　　Provide training and support to end-users and other IT teams on Control-M scheduling practices and procedures.Who You Are

　　Should have experience 6 to 7 years on Workload Scheduler Administration – Control M • Checking Pre-requisites for agent installation & Designing documents. • Administer & maintain automated production scheduling system, product updates/revision • Administer & maintain Develop & maintain standards for Job [/] Schedule acceptance & implementation • Identification of critical paths based on statistics of execution & Identification of jobs for parallel processing & reorg of batch schedules • Install/document system related batch jobs in the automated job scheduling package • Maintain Scheduling software functionality/performance • Support of load balancing across servers when required & applicable • Testing of new versions/releases, patches after install or upgrades or backouts • Proactive and flexible attitude (24/7) support •"
