Kforce has a client that is seeking a Contracts Associate in Washington, DC.Duties Include:

　　Contracts Associate will review, negotiate, and administer Master Services Agreements, Statements of Work, Contract Amendments and Addenda; Ensure compliance with all established policies and standards

　　Support leaders in evaluating vendors, negotiating terms, and drafting contracts, balanced against the best interest of the Society

　　Identify, assess, and select vendors in support of vendor relations; Build and maintain relationships with vendors, coordinate communication, and execute corrective actions if necessary

　　Facilitate the RFx process with internal business units and external vendors

　　Conduct quarterly business reviews of targeted vendors with internal customers and facilitate related communication with vendors

　　Support development of enterprise level procurement services and strategic sourcing initiatives; Contribute to execution of projects once approved

　　As a Contracts Associate, you will proactively establish relationships with vendors and internal customers, including Purchasing, Finance and Legal

　　Participate in projects to redefine and improve contracts operations

　　Provide superior customer service to both internal and external customers by providing timely and accurate information in response to inquiries and training internal staff to research contracts using Laserfiche Records Repository, Laserfiche Forms, PeopleSoft, and other systems as needed

　　College degree (relevant field) or equivalent experience; 5 years of related experience; An advanced degree may be substituted for work experience

　　Demonstrated expertise with Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio; Experience with one or more of the following is highly desired but not required: PeopleSoft, Basware, LaserFiche, DocuSign, and Contract and Vendor Management software is highly desired

　　The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
