The NetSuite CS Operations team is seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented professional to join the NetSuite Professional Services Contracts team as a Contracts Analyst. The team is a dynamic organization, chartered with providing mission critical support to field sales in all aspects of the sales process including, but not limited to contract reviews, deal structuring, contract research, business approvals, and training. The Contracts Analyst serves a key role in the sales cycle – partnering with sales, sales operations, finance, and other back-office teams to structure, create, review, and approve deals/contracts. This role offers a wide exposure to all aspects and areas of the growing cloud business.
This position is based in Brazil, with a Monday-Friday 9:00AM-6:00PM shift schedule. This position requires that applicants be fluent in English and Portuguese.
Responsibilities:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review, draft, and process both standard and custom contracts.
Execute Contracts team functions including, but not limited to: contract research, deal structuring, business approvals, order requests for varying levels of deal size and complexity
Research and develop alternative contract verbiage within Oracle guidelines to meet customer requirements.
Support Consulting Sales team with questions on contractual language options, Oracle policy and procedure, and other policies and guidelines pricing/discounting.
Liaise between Sales teams, Sales & Professional Services Management, Finance, and Legal
Manage assigned queues’ deal & request flow in alignment with priorities communicated by direct leadership.
Collaborate and build proactive, positive relationships with peers, managers, professional services sales and operations, shared services, and account teams to ensure consistency within processes, determine best practices, and work efficiently.
Ensure compliance with published sales and business approval policies. Be a sales advocate & partner to internal organizations to understand complex sales issues.
Strive to meet or exceed published service level agreements.
Work extended hours for month and quarter-end closings which could fall on a weekend and or holiday.
Ability to work in fast-paced environment and shifting schedules.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Relevant professional services/consulting contract drafting experience is required.
Ability to manage multiple and often conflicting priorities and deadlines.
Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
Solid analytical and decision-making skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to work in a global environment, including willingness to attend meetings outside regular business hours when needed.
Ability to work independently, prioritize and resolve problems.
