　　The Contracts Administrator p repares and revises contract documentation. Oversees administration of contracts. Negotiates terms and conditions with vendors and subcontractors. Prepares contract briefs and revisions summarizing contractual requirements and budgets for the Amentum PM and in preparation for briefings to senior Government personnel. Prepares contract change notices, monitors contractor performance, including the reporting and status of contractor deliverables. Maintains an audit file for each contract. Ensures that contractor is in compliance with legal requirements, contract specifications and government regulations. Performs closing activities as needed. Provide contract summaries and ensure contract execution in accordance with government regulations. Other duties as required in support of the Amentum PM and Government client.

　　Required Qualifications:

　　Bachelor’s Degree for an accredited college (Business, Contracts, Administration, Pre-Law or other relevant field).

　　Two-years of experience as a contracts administrator working within the DOD environment (Five additional years of experience may be substituted for the degree requirement).

　　Must have an Active Secret US Government Clearance. Please note US Citizenship is required to maintain a Secret Clearance.
