　　Pay: $18.50

　　$1 increase every year for the first 3 years

　　Reviews every 6 months – if you are doing well you can get up to a 50-cent raise

　　Must be able to train on first shift for 2 to 3 months before switching to 2nd (3pm – 11pm) or 3rd shift (11pm – 7am)SHIFTS:

　　7am – 3pm

　　3pm – 11pm

　　11pm – 7am

　　manufacturing environment producing piston rings for the automotive industry and other customers.

　　You will be keeping up with up to 4 machines that make piston rings, at a time. No heavy lifting, you just have to be able to multitask, and be decent at math because you will have to keep up with how much is being produced.
