The Contract Analyst supports the varied and often immediate needs of the long-term care enterprise and its General Counsels office. Reporting to the General Counsel, the Contract Analyst will have responsibility for managing the contracts program for the entire company, including using and developing the contracts lifecycle management program, Conga. The position is ideal for someone who has a passion for details and organization while thriving in the fast-paced multi-tasking environment that pervades healthcare.
Essential Functions
High-volume contracts management, including drafting, editing, and managing contract lifecycle workflows through software tools; strong preference for experience in Conga, but will consider other contract lifecycle management (CLM)experience.Proficient with CLM software (Conga preferred), as well as MS Office products (exceptional knowledge of Word, Outlook, and Excel) and PDFsoftware.Able to read complex documents and organize large amounts of information quickly and accurately. This position requires someone highly organized anddetail oriented.Organize a filing system for the department and create reports as directed by the General CounselAble to learn quickly either independently or by direction and apply principles to independent or collaborative work, asnecessary.Able to prioritize workload and meet short deadlines, while maintaining a high level of quality and accuracyAble to handle confidential information and materials in an appropriate manner, and in accordance with organizational policy, proper business practice, and/or applicable external regulation/governance.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including via writtencorrespondence.Support administrative needs for the department, asdirected.Other special duties and projects, asassigned.Qualifications
3-5 years in a contracts management or paralegal role for a mid-sized or larger company; strong preference for experience supporting senior legal or executive personnelStrong preference for candidates currently located in TexasParalegal experience a strong plusExperience supporting a healthcare company is highlypreferred
