Drive the DBS Operational engine through the thoughtful use of DBS tools as appropriate for the MII region to accelerate core growth and price growth realization
Build DBS capability within the Lean, Leadership and Fundamental pillars for the MII region to ensure long term sustainment using the Operations growth equation, to identify improvement opportunities within commercial and drive action plans for the prioritized improvement areas.
Partnership with the Operations leadership in the assessment of capability and competency to resolve DBS growth priorities and emerging needs within the region
Work with Operations leadership on growth vision strategy development and facilitate execution for the region
Architect the DBS Plan for the MII region inclusive of prioritized DBS funnel and CP development plan to achieve the regional growth strategy, priorities, initiatives, and plans.
Facilitate deployment and improvement of DBS growth Operations execution systems, processes, standard work, and tools including growth planning, operating reviews, growth room.
Facilitate the kaizen process including kaizen funnel development, prioritization, resourcing, activation, execution, and sustainment.
Engage with regional DBS leaders to understand and improve regional best practices
Schedule, charter, and facilitate kaizen projects. Ensure effective sustainment of results and support problem solving as needed to close gaps to targets.
Directly provide formal and informal DBS training and coaching.
Qualifications:
University Degree in Industrial Engineering is essential.
Qualification or hands-on experience implementing DBS or comparable business systems in a line management role
Significant experience of 8-10 years within Operations, Manager experience preferred.
Experience in DHR business system tools and methodology or comparable business systems
High degree of awareness and sensitivity to a diverse, global work environment
Experience in change management is an added value.
Experienced in high dynamic environment
Persuasive management skills – ability to drive influence and execution across large organizations
Creative and intellectually curious demonstrating strong conceptual thinking skills
Quantitative and qualitative analytical and problem solving skills supported by strong business acumen
Strong communicator, both verbal and written, to engage, influence and get buy-in from all levels of internal and external stakeholders
Strong work ethic with ability to manage and prioritize a diverse mix of issues, responsibilities and challenges on a daily basis
