　　What will I learn?

　　The Halliburton Malaysia Management Trainee is a targeted 3 years program committed to cultivate and develop future leaders in various segments of manufacturing and supply chain.

　　This program aims to challenge and grow high potential individuals through a series of immersive learning experiences to equip them with a holistic view of the business. The program will coach the employees to further deepen their knowledge and expertise in cross functional departments as well as leadership skills, in preparation to lead a team of their own in a frontline leadership position at the end of the program

　　Requirements:

　　Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent

　　Fresh graduates or early career graduates are encouraged to apply

　　Excellent communication skills along with a drive for further self-development

　　Enthusiastic and self-motivated individual

　　Strong analytical thinking and leadership skills.

　　Able to work well independently and as part of a team

　　Willing to relocate or travel for business
