　　Our Content Moderators support our efforts to address objectionable or disturbing content which could include images of violence, animal cruelty, hate speech, violent extremism or content that exploits or endangers children.

　　콘텐츠 심사 전문가는 폭력, 동물 학대, 혐오 표현, 폭력적 극단주의, 착취, 아동학대 등의 유해한 콘텐츠로부터 모든 유저를 보호하기 위한 업무를 지원합니다.

　　What will I be doing?

　　- You will ensure legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to our platform.

　　- You are responsible for the development, improvement, and maintenance of standards for the security of our online communities.

　　- You will improve the content management strategy for short video platforms.

　　- You are responsible for coordinating with supervising departments for timely management of content that violates our policies.

　　- 동영상 플랫폼에 업로드된 콘텐츠의 안전성과 법적 기준 준수를 보장합니다.

　　- 틱톡 온라인 커뮤니티의 보안을 위한 기준의 개발, 개선 및 관리를 담당합니다.

　　- 숏폼 비디오 플랫폼의 콘텐츠 관리 전략을 개선하는 업무를 지원합니다.

　　- 내부 정책을 위반하는 컨텐츠에 적시에 대응할 수 있도록 연관 부서와 협력합니다.

　　Qualifications

　　What should I bring with me?

　　-You are a fast learner and a good communicator and can speak, read and write fluently in Korean

　　-You possess cultural sensitivity and understanding relating to global/regional current affairs. Familiarity with internet laws and regulations, in particular reviewing online content, would be a good plus.

　　-You pay attention to detail and have a passion for maintaining a high standard of work.

　　-You have the resilience and persistence to handle routine daily tasks efficiently and accurately.

　　-You have active usage and interest in short video platforms.

　　-Experience in a BPO / call center/customer service environment is a plus.

　　-Able to work on Shift

　　-끈기를 가지고 효율적이고 정확하게 반복되는 데일리 업무를 수행할 수 있는 분

　　-숏폼 비디오 플랫폼을 적극 사용하고 관심이 많으신 분

　　-BPO/콜 센터/고객 서비스 경력자 우대

　　-시프트 교대 근무가 가능하신 분
