Summary: On behalf of our Talent Acquisition and Growth,this role will design and develop content and training strategies tohelp the initial launch, adoption, and scale of new talent acquisitiontechnology. This role will design and develop compelling content forcommunications and training to drive the integration of technology intofield recruiters\' practices to ultimately improve productivity andcandidate experience and measure the effectiveness by engagement andadoption. Facilitate and manage ongoing training to support newrecruiter onboarding and new technology features. Lead the design andimplementation of large, integrated talent technology initiatives thatdeliver results through talent team engagement and agency-leveladoption; design key messages and positioning strategies that resonatewith field talent teams and audiences, and measure/drive measurablebehavioral change and adoption. Develop effective, consistent, authenticand persuasive communications and content, upholding alignment to theNorthwestern Mutual brand. Collaborate with cross-functionalstakeholders to deliver high-impact content leveraging current methodsand sound practice, and proposing new channels to drive launch,engagement, and adoption of technology (e.g. live events,communications, training). Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Design,develop, and implement training plans based on user level and roles andresponsibilities within the recruitment process (e.g., recruiters,leaders, support). Design and develop training materials, including userguides, video tutorials, and interactive resources, to support effectivelearning. Conduct in-person or virtual training sessions, workshops, andwebinars for end-users to build proficiency in using the recruitmenttechnology Measure effectiveness and gather feedback to identify areasfor improvement in the training program and materials, and adjustcontent as necessary. Maintain a repository of training materials andresources for ongoing reference, and ensure they are easily accessibleto users. Ensure that end-users are trained on compliance with dataprivacy and security regulations, particularly in handling candidateinformation. Collaborate with the technology vendor to leverage theirexpertise in designing and delivering effective training programs Deployhome office and field-facing launch, change, and adoption processes,systems, and structures Promote alignment to a changed vision, develop aplan for change, and mitigate change conflict and risks.
