We're seeking a Consulting Employee to serve as a part-time Sr. Producer and Analytic Expert with demonstrated expertise in analytic expertise including: analytic writing, presenting, leadership, and critical thinking skills to support a dynamic training program. As a successful candidate, you will be skilled at applying your analytical expertise and management of analysis to support the whole life cycle of a topical podcast including planning, producing, developing, and delivering it on a regular schedule. In conjunction with other subject matter experts, you will utilize your professional network to identify and propose the stories to be told on the podcast to the client for approval. Once approved, the excitement begins and you will work with the other experts to research, develop, script, record, edit, and produce the stories. Drawing on your expertise as an analyst and/or manager of analysts, you will be able to demonstrate skills in program coordination, critical thinking, intermediate to advanced level data analysis (quantitative and qualitative), communicating with diverse groups, prioritizing, creating substantive content, developing subject matter expertise-your own and in others, and incorporating and supporting organizational priorities. You will learn how to record and edit the podcast, incorporate accessible design into products, and help post final products. You will be part of a larger program and will assist the team with customer communications, team coordination, and help plan and respond to project requirements. You'll work closely with developers, designers, and subject matter experts to create products that engage the target audience and are accessible.

　　Your Main Mission:

　　Serve as a producer of a regular series of topical podcast. Research and propose, for approval, the stories to tell on the podcast.Coordinate and plan a regular delivery schedule in conjunction with the client.Conceptualize and develop content for the podcast in collaboration with other subject matter experts.Facilitate brainstorming and collaboration sessions with other experts.Research and write the scripts for the podcast.Coordinate with subject matter experts to record the stories and/or be one of the on-air experts.Learn how to record and edit the podcast content and ensure the podcast is recorded, edited, and posted on a regular schedule.Partner cross-functionally with other team members, such as designers, AV, IT, subject matter experts, and production teams, to accomplish tasks and complete projects.Coordinate with client leads to coordinate resources, prioritize activities, and ensure quality and timely products.Maintain credentials as necessary.Archive final projects per office-designated standards.Adhere to customer security policies and procedures regarding the use of systems, equipment, facilities, and infrastructure.Execute diplomacy working with various levels of team members, managers, and customer to identify requirements and develop action plans.

　　What Sets You Apart:

　　Possess a current TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.A bachelor's degree and at least fifteen (15) years of direct knowledge of and substantial experience with applied analysis techniques.At least seven (7) years of experience working as an analytic manager and/or analyst, including at least seven (7) years of experience in providing substantive review of and feedback on products and briefings to analysts.At least ten (10) years of experience with the analytic techniques, tools, methods/procedures, and new approaches to analysis used across multiple sectors.Comfortable with learning and using new technology and tools.Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

　　You Might Also Have:

　　Demonstrated knowledge of, and at least three (3) years of, direct substantial experience in delivering and applying custom curriculum, utilizing instructional techniques, and utilizing student assessment and course evaluation methods for feedback and improvement.Fifteen (15) or more years of direct knowledge of and substantial experience with advanced analysis techniques.Ten (10) or more years as an analytic manager and/or analyst, including ten (10) or more in providing substantive review of and personal feedback on products and briefings to analysts.Fifteen (15) or more years of experience with the analytic techniques, tools, methods/procedures, and new approaches to analysis used across multiple sectors.Experience supporting analysis at multiple federal agencies. Experience creating podcasts and/or developing and delivering multimedia products.Experience delivering scripted material for recording and/or acting experience.Master's Degree or higher.
