　　Summary:

　　In this role, you will assist in the formulation of content and strategicrecommendations for Sg2 consulting by analyzing emerging clinicaldevelopments, technological advancements, and market forces. You willengage in all areas of our business with the goal of providing comprehensiveanalytics driven strategic recommendation to improve the clinical,operational, and financial success of healthcare organizations.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Develop analytics frameworks and models to solve complex client problems(e.g., comprehensive data books, financial models, facility planningmodels, etc.).

　　Create high-quality analytics leveraging Sg2's analytics platform and createconsulting deliverables (PowerPoint slides and Excel analytics models) forclient engagements.

　　Plan, execute and summarize analyses and ensure they are ready to beincorporated into project deliverables.

　　Synthesize and translate analytical and research results into clear andcompelling recommendations.

　　Participate in client stakeholder interviews, working sessions (bothon-site and virtual) and regular client check-in calls to provide projectsuppo

　　Oversee overall project management of consulting projects to ensure deliveryaround project activities, timelines, deliverables, project budgets andoutcomes are a success.

　　Manage all facets of project operations including documentation of projectactivities, coordination of efforts by all internal team members, and datacollection and inventory.

　　Qualifications:

　　Relevant degree in healthcare or business field preferred.

　　2 or more years relevant work experience in healthcare industry with ahealthcare provider or consulting company required.

　　Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams) experience required.

　　Experience working with healthcareinformation preferred. This should includeexperience with healthcare data (ICD-10, CPT, DRG) within ahospital, healthcare payer, or healthcare services organization.

　　Ability to develop analytics models and conceptual frameworks for clientengagements and proficiency in advanced analytics software and datavisualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Alteryx) preferred.

　　Proven organizational skills to manage multiple projects preferred.

　　Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to clearlycommunicate complex analyses and methodologies to internal and externalstakeholders.

　　Estimated Hiring Range:$68,500.00 - $99,400.00
