  Your day-to-day responsibilities:

  This role offers a broad range of commercial responsibilities dealing with various local and international stakeholders.

  You focus on ensuring clean books and records and financial transparency thereby providing the basis for the success of our Siemens Advanta Solutions GmbH and ADV EMEA business.

  You support the monthly closing and forecast process with a focus on the Siemens Advanta Solutions GmbH-closing. This includes the analysis and monitoring of financial performance, providing KPI analyses as well as preparing and commenting the respective performance reports.

  You are responsible for reliably and in a timely fashion providing financial data for the management team to support them in steering the business.

  You support the planning, monitoring, and reviewing of our EMEA budget, and provide and comment actual vs. plan reports.

  You support proper revenue and cost controlling, and the design and maintenance of the underlying cost accounting systems.

  You analyse, prepare, approve, and review units’ investments and expenditures.

  You take care of the compnay's SLAs and corresponding value flows.

  You support in risk management, treasury, M&A, or tax aspects.

  You closely collaborate with our finance colleagues in our other legal entities and shared service centres, with Siemens Corporate Finance as well as other internal and external entities.

  You are ready to take over special tasks for senior management such as, for instance, supporting M&A projects, auditing and digitalization projects.

  Your profile:

  You have a degree in business administration, economics or similar.

  At least 4+ years of work experience in a finance related field, ideally at least 2 years of which in Performance Controlling.

  You have a highly engaged, performance driven personality, strong analytical abilities, good communication skills and are willing to go the extra mile.

  You are customer and solutions oriented and able to build strong internal as well as external working relationships.

  You will be happy to become a hands-on team player to get things done and are excited about continuous learning.

  You have expertise in MS Office applications and SAP, also with business analytics solutions. Experience with data analytics and visualization tools such as KNIME and Tableau is a plus.

  You are fluent in English and German.

  You enjoy working in a virtual and dynamic environment.
