　　Champion Home Builder, Inc wants YOU! We are seeking to hire a Full-Time Construction - Production Member - Day Shift to join our team in the Laurinburg, NC region. You will be under General supervision, work on the production line to build manufactured housing, as part of a team, and perform quality work at a fast moving and consistent manner.

　　FLSA Status : Non-exempt

　　Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

　　Finish panels by filling cracks with plaster

　　Seal joints

　　Smooth any imperfections on walls and ceilings

　　Painting and Sanding

　　Use hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools

　　Each of these departments are separate but work together, having knowledge of both is beneficial.

　　Competencies

　　Must be able to read and use tape measure

　　Must be able to read blueprints and orders

　　Must understand safety procedures

　　Must live the Champion Operating Principles

　　Qualifications

　　Less than high school education; or up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

　　Some experience in painting, sanding, and drywall finishing.
