Prairie Landworks, Inc. is currently looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent. This position will be responsible for overseeing the safe completion of PLI projects, working efficiently and in the professional manner expected by PLI. PLI is based in McPherson, Kansas and our work is generally in the Central Kanas region.

　　A qualified applicant will possess skills including the ability to conduct a safe jobsite, read and interpret plans, specifications and shop drawings, manage his/her time properly as well as the project schedule, properly communicate with all project members and create a teamwork additude on the jobsites. Successful applicant will also be responsible for time tracking and cost coding of invoices and deliveries, control layout, quality control and safety on the jobs and be familiar with or qualified to operate equipment commonly found on a construction jobsite. Additionally this applicant must be able to read and write in English proficiently, have a Kansas Drivers License (CDL preferred), be able to pass a rigorous background check, pre-emloyment and random drug testing, and have a strong record of working safely.
