The objective is to sell insulation materials and the labor toinstall the product in homes.
Responsibilities
Generating new business by cold calling prospective clients andmanaging relationships with current clientsPresent proposals to potential customers and clientsDesign knowledge only to the extent of presenting the proposal tocustomer and clientsManage existing accounts, completing account maintenance including;updating pricing, new plan bidding and etc.Complete monthly sales reportsDevelop sales action plan that meets annual sales management planTravel throughout an assigned territoryWork flexible hours including evening and weekendsOther duties as assignedQualifications
3-5 years of construction or sales experienceHigh School Diploma or GEDBachelor\'s Degree in Business Management, Construction Sales,MarketingUnderstand basic construction and be knowledgeable of productsBasic negotiation skills and ability persuade customersAbility to multi-taskExcellent verbal and written communication skillsBe a self-motivator to achieve annual and monthly sales goalsPositive personality and able to present proposals in effectivemannerGood analytical skillsBasic math skillsExperience with Microsoft Office productions including, PowerPoint,Excel, Word and OutlookExcellent attention to detail and is well organizedValid driver\'s licensePosition requires a drug test and motor vehicle report to becompleted, contingent upon employment.
