Job Description

　　As a Construction Project Manager/Designer, you will spend your time designing and managing the building of beautiful landscapes for our residential and commercial clients. You'll be responsible for overseeing the installation of construction projects while interfacing with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal personnel.

　　What We're Looking For

　　Full understanding of how to design and construct all facets of landscape (irrigation, hardscapes, plant material, etc.)

　　Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with clients from initial phone call to final walk through

　　Expectations

　　Continuously analyze project performance and documenting completed job information for billing and profitability purposes

　　Ability to coordinate, schedule, and monitor construction crews and subcontractors daily

　　Budgeting experience that includes estimating landscape projects

　　Be a consistent and organized communicator

　　Supervise the safety, training, and education of landscape construction techniques
