　　We're looking for an experienced and collaborative Healthcare Construction Project Manager in Baltimore, MD, who thrives when people are in sync and projects are running not just on time but within budget. Based at our client's project site, you’ll be responsible for managing projects and working alongside Owner’s staff, you’ll be responsible not only for the overall project delivery, but also for the management of the project development from conception through completion in accordance with program objectives. You’ll manage and provide project leadership and management oversight of healthcare projects and resolve complex project related issues, disputes, and disagreements.

　　As the onsite Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring not only the progress and technical performance of a project, but also the material management, schedule, cost, scope, and safety of the team.

　　Here's What You'll Need:

　　Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline, Construction Management, or Architecture

　　10+ years of experience as a Project Manager with 4+ years of your experience managing large healthcare projects in the U.S.

　　Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building

　　Willing and able to work onsite Monday - Friday at the client's location

　　Ideally, You’ll Also Have:

　　Certified Construction Manager (CCM), CM-Lean, DBIA Professional, Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect license/certification preferredSponsorship is not available for this position.
